GENERAL CONDITIONS BASKETHOUSE CAMP OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND
Registration
Registration is confirmed when you have validated the desired camp, provided the documents requested during registration and paid the camp fee in its entirety. In order to make room for other people, we reserve the right to cancel the registration of a participant who has not paid the fee within the deadline indicated by e-mail.
Travel documents
- Have a valid ID for the country where the camp is taking place.
- If necessary, valid visas.
- If necessary, a travel authorization.
- Comply with the health standards in force in the countries visited.
- A credit card may be requested as collateral only.
Baskethouse cannot be held responsible and will not refund in the event of a travel ban, refusal by the airline or entry into a territory. You will be charged for additional return costs in this case.
Price
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price indicated on the website at the time of booking is decisive for the conclusion of the sales contract.
Cancelation
Any cancellation must be sent by email, the date of receipt being taken as proof.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
For camps outside Switzerland:
- More than 60 days prior the week's departure from the chosen camp, CHF deduction. 250.-
- Between 59 and 31 days prior the week's departure from the chosen camp, deduction of CHF. 400.-
- Between 30 and 15 days prior the week's departure from the chosen camp, CHF deduction. 600.-
- Between 14 and 1 day prior the week's departure from the chosen camp, CHF. 800.-
- From the first day of camp, no refunds possible.
If we have participants on the waiting list, possibility of transferring the camp for 100 CHF for administration and change of name on plane tickets.
In case of medical certificate before the camp:
- • Withholding of possible plane and hotel costs as well as administrative fees of CHF 75.-
Insurance
The camp organizers decline all responsibility in the event of accident, illness, theft: Each participant is required to take out personal insurance (illness, accident, civil liability). Insurance must cover the participant in the countries visited.
Camp Conditions
The player undertakes to:

The consumption of drugs, alcohol, tobacco and theft in any form are strictly prohibited. In the event that the behavior of a participant is likely to disrupt the smooth running of the stay, or in the event that he or she does not respect the basic rules of good conduct and safety, the camp managers reserve the right to inform his parents and interrupt his stay without any refund.
Return costs are always at the participant's expense.
By accepting these general conditions, as a participant of the Baskethouse camp, I undertake to respect the camp charter
- I have clearly indicated the participant’s accident and health insurance.
- The participant has up-to-date civil liability (RC) insurance.
- I have completed the health form correctly.
The camp declines all responsibility if the data proves to be false or incomplete.
